RETURNS POLICY | BABA FISHEES

We want you to be happy with your Baba Fishees purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our returns policy below.

Unwanted Items

You may return an unwanted item within 30 days of delivery or collection, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged and unworn.
  • All original labels, stickers and tags are still attached.
  • The item is returned with all parts and accessories, where applicable.
  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable item below.

 Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a credit or refund for the original purchase amount, excluding any delivery or return courier fees.

 After 30 days, items may only be returned if they are defective.

How to Return an Item

 Please package your item safely and securely to protect it during transit. Items damaged during return shipping may be rejected or may incur a handling fee.

We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking. Baba Fishees cannot process a refund or return for parcels that are lost in transit and cannot be tracked.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing any parts, please email us within 7 days of delivery or collection at:

Once we have inspected and approved the return, we will offer a repair, replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the item and stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds may be issued as a store credit or refunded to the original payment method, if requested within 7 days. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Please note that original delivery fees and return courier costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
