Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This is your receipt and should be kept for your records. In an effort to reduce paper, we do not include printed invoices in orders.
Your confirmation email will include your order number, order details, and the shipping and billing information provided at checkout. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. If you do not receive the email, please contact us as your email address may have been entered incorrectly or the email may have been filtered as spam.
We will contact you if there is anything we can ship immediately or if there may be a delay.
SHIPPING COSTS
For orders within South Africa, a R100 shipping fee applies to orders under R1,000. Shipping is free for orders over R1,000.
For international orders, shipping fees depend on the size and weight of the products ordered. Any international shipping fees shown on our website are illustrative and may vary.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of payment clearing in our bank account. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
Within South Africa, parcels are sent with our courier service. For international orders, parcels are sent via the South African Post Office. Please allow up to 15 working days for international orders to be dispatched.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, delivery errors or supplier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays.
GOODS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT
Once goods leave Baba Fishees, they become the responsibility of the courier company. We provide tracking numbers so you can follow up directly with the courier if needed. Baba Fishees cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or stolen in transit.
FAILED DELIVERY
Please provide any specific delivery instructions when placing your order. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, Baba Fishees may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
